A Clear Path From Conversation To Long-term Ownership

Every transaction is different, but the questions, responsibilities and next steps should never be hidden.

  1. Initial conversation

We discuss the business, your priorities and what you are considering. No pitch deck is required. The objective is to determine whether there is enough alignment to continue.

  2. Understanding the opportunity

If there is mutual interest, we review high-level information to understand the company’s market, customers, financial profile, products and future potential. The information request matches the stage of the conversation.

  3. Valuation and proposed terms

We explain our valuation approach and the assumptions behind it. Proposed terms are presented clearly for discussion, including the areas that will require further validation during diligence.

  4. Due diligence

Legal, financial, tax, commercial, operational and technology matters are reviewed in a coordinated process. The scope, information routes, responsibilities and timetable are agreed for the specific transaction.

  5. Completion and transition

Documentation is finalized, required approvals are obtained and the agreed transition plan begins. Communication with employees, customers and partners is planned around the needs of the business.

What Owners Should Expect Throughout

Timing is specific to each transaction. What does not change is how the conversation is run.

How We Work

  1. Direct communication and clear ownership of next steps.
  2. Proportionate information requests.
  3. Early discussion of issues that could affect value, structure or timing.

What You Can Rely On

  1. Visibility into decisions and dependencies.
  2. Respect for confidentiality and agreed information routes.
  3. No binding obligation until definitive documents are signed.

Let’s Connect

Whether you are considering a sale today or thinking about it years from now, an initial conversation is simply a way to understand whether our long-term approach matches what you want for the company. You do not need to have decided to sell, you do not need a data room, and you do not need to present the business to us.
