What this site collects

Four fields, two of them optional. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is inferred.

Please do not send transaction documents or highly sensitive information through this form. We will arrange an appropriate secure method if further information is needed.

Why we use it, and who receives it

Information submitted through this form is used to respond to your enquiry and to any conversation that follows from it. It is not used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.

Initial enquiries are handled directly by Bilal Mahmood, Managing Director, and Hira Zainab, VP Strategic Affairs. More detailed information is shared only through an agreed process, and only with the people required to evaluate or progress the opportunity.

The website host and the email provider that carry the message process it on our behalf in order to deliver it.

Cookies, analytics and logs

This site sets no analytics cookies, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. WordPress sets a cookie only when someone logs in to administer the site.

Like any website, the servers and content delivery network that serve these pages keep ordinary access logs in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Security and secure document exchange

The form is served over an encrypted connection and protected against automated submission. It is not a secure channel for confidential transaction material, which is why we ask you not to send any through it. Where confidential information needs to be exchanged, we agree a secure method first.

Your rights, and how to exercise them

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how it is used. Write to m&a@bosongroup.com and one of the two people above will answer.

Information is retained only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry and any conversation that follows.
